3.3 Account Suspension or Closure

In cases of breach of Terms, fraudulent activity or any suspicious transaction, 33db reserves the right to temporarily suspend or permanently close your account.

4.1 Deposits

The following methods are accepted for depositing funds on the 33db platform: bKash, Nagad, Rocket and Upay. The minimum deposit amount for any method is ৳300. You must use a mobile banking account registered in your own name — funds sent from third-party accounts will not be accepted and will be returned.

4.2 Withdrawals

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000. Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 30 minutes to 3 hours. If the required wagering on the active balance has not been met at the time of the request, processing may be delayed. Withdrawals may also be held if verification has not been completed.

4.3 Transaction Verification

For security purposes, 33db reserves the right to verify identity and address before processing any withdrawal. Cooperating with this process is an obligation of every user.

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New members will receive a 100% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳10,000. A 15x wagering requirement must be met to use this bonus. For example, if you deposit ৳1,000 and receive a ৳1,000 bonus, you must place a total of ৳30,000 (15 × 2,000) in bets before withdrawing.

5.2 General Bonus Terms

• Each bonus offer may have a specific expiry period — once expired, the bonus will be cancelled.
• Multiple bonuses cannot be combined at the same time unless explicitly permitted.
• Bonuses may only be used in your own account — they cannot be shared or transferred to others.
• If fraud or manipulation is suspected, 33db reserves the right to cancel any bonus.
• In any dispute regarding bonuses, the decision of 33db will be considered final.

5.3 VIP Program

The 33db VIP program has five tiers: Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum and Diamond. As you advance to higher tiers, the weekly cashback rate increases, starting from a maximum of 0.3% at Bronze level up to a maximum of 1.5% at Diamond level. 33db reserves the right to modify VIP benefits.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 33db platform:

• Creating or operating multiple accounts.
• Playing games using automated software, bots or scripts.
• Strategic betting for the purpose of abusing bonuses (bonus hunting).
• Attempting to influence game outcomes by colluding with other users.
• Intentionally exploiting technical faults or bugs in the platform.
• Using the platform for money laundering or handling of illegal funds.
• Using third-party payment methods or accounts.
• Engaging in harassing or disrespectful behaviour toward other users.

Involvement in any of the prohibited activities above will result in immediate account closure and all balances and bonuses may be forfeited. Legal action may be taken if necessary.
